A big thank you to all 17 walkers who turned out.
Starting off from Broadwater Lake we proceeded down to the River Wey heading along the river bank to Peasmarsh
Up and over the river to join the old Guildford/ Horsham Railway Line on route to Bramley, stopping off for coffee at the wonderful elevated view point built by the Wey& Arun canal trust in 2015.
After the break making our way towards Bramley Cricket pitch, crossing the A281 to Unstead Wetland Nature Reserve.
A short road walk after the Wetland area brought us to a woodland stroll around Bunkers Hill and farm, carrying on through to Cobwebs and re - joining the Wey to return back to Broadwater Lake.
The weather although chilly was very kind and the rain held off until we were safely sitting down for lunch at the Ragged Robin, with PDW and Jill W joining us for, there was a total of 12 eating, the food and service was very good, and enjoyed by all.
